USING eSTATIONERY WITH OUTLOOK AND OUTLOOK EXPRESS
Setting a Default eStationery in Outlook Express
1) The eStationery you wish to use must be saved as a .htm
or .html file somwhere on your local hard drive. It will be important that you know where that file is and how
to find it back.
2) Run MS Outlook Express
3) On you top menu, click on TOOLS and then OPTIONS and then the COMPOSE tab.
4) Put a check
mark in the box beside the word MAIL. The SELECT button will now be available.
5) Click on the SELECT button beside the word MAIL
6) Now you will need to select the stationery that you wish
to use. Find the directory where your file is stored and click on that file. Then click on OK
7) Click the OK button at the bottom of the window.
8) Click on NEW
MAIL and you should see your new stationery in the compose message
window.
Setting a Default eStationery in Outlook

4) Change the message format to HTML
5) Use the Stationery
Picker in the Stationery and Fonts area to select the stationery
you wish to use. You must know where the file is on your hard drive. Click on that file and click OK
6) Click the OK button at the bottom of the window
8) Click on NEW
MAIL or COMPOSE and you should see your new stationery in the compose message window
